The VisPEP conference will be held at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw, Poland.

The University of Warsaw is the largest educational institution in Poland. It consists of 21 faculties, over 50,000 students, and more than 3,500 lecturers. In the Shanghai ranking, it ranks in the top 3% of universities around the world. Six Nobel laureates are among its alumni. UW is also a member of the 4EU + Alliance, which brings together the best universities in Europe. 

The Faculty of Physics is regarded as one of the best in the country, recognized internationally for the high quality of research and education. One of the research areas is optometry and vision science, conducted in the faculty's Academic Centre for Education of Optometrists and in the Biophotonics and vision optics group within the Photonics Department.
